Student Ombud

This information is current as at January 2008. The latest information is available from the Student Ombud.

Enrolled or registered students with a complaint against decisions of University staff may seek assistance from the Student Ombud's office.

If a student believes that they have been dealt with improperly by staff at the University and wish to make a formal complaint, they should consult the Student Ombud who will deal with the matter in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

All matters are treated in the strictest confidence and in accordance with proper processes.
