Market crashes and corporate collapses. The rise of multinationals wielding global influence and yet too often hitting the headlines, accused of scandal and questionable ethics. These are challenging times for corporate and commercial law. Imbued with a distinctively international focus, this specialisation explores and critiques current controversies, advances a deeper understanding of law and emphasises improvement in regulation, policy and practice.
